Manufacturing Process
The manufacturing method for stainless steel angles is hot rolling. Hot rolling offers a more cost effective way to produce stainless steel angles. In our warehouse, we stocks some standard sizes of stainless steel angles from 25mm to 60mm (width — 3mm to 6mm), in equal shapes. If your project requires a larger or more creative size or a profile with clean, square corners, we also offer the Laser Cast Stainless Steel Corners Laser Cast Stainless Steel Corners are made by taking two laser cut flat sheets and sliding them through our laser welding line to create a monolithic piece of angle iron and homogeneous with strength qualities equal to or better than typical hot rolled or extruded Like some hot rolled stainless steel corner sizes. takes a hot rolled or laser melted stainless steel wedge size and molds it into a custom size. Stainless Steel Angles are machine sawn and straightened to meet EN 10056 tolerances.

Unlike hot rolled angles, Ambica’s laser fused stainless steel angles have sharp, square corners and a consistent, minute weld seam with no filler material. Ambica’s lasers melt the parent material down to its core to create monolithic profiles. Also, unlike standard hot rolled lengths, we can offer laser welded lengths from 2mtr to 8mtr in length.
